Rotate the manual / automatic selection switch to the manual position, as shown in Figure 8. The motor and hydraulic control valve are connected to the power supply, the hydraulic control valve is opened, and sewage is started. The selector switch is rotated to the automatic position to enter the automatic state.
The manual control state is a means to check whether the motor and hydraulic control valve can work normally. If the manual control state is not normal, the automatic control state will not work normally.
b: automatic control:
Turn the manual / automatic selection switch to the automatic position, first set the filter time and the sewage time timer. The lower nixie tube of the timer displays the set value, and the upper nixie tube displays the timing value.
Timer setting method: Press the bit selection key once, the next nixie tube flashes, use the increase key to adjust the value, press the bit selection key again after the adjustment, the second nixie tube flashes, use the increase key to adjust the value, and so on. After setting the time, the digital tube will continue to flash for 8 seconds. After 8 seconds, the value will be stored in the memory, and it will not be lost after power failure. After adjusting the value, press the start button once to start timing. If the machine is powered off, the next time it is powered on, the timer will start automatically and time will be set according to the set time.
Filtration time is divided into units, up to 9999 minutes; sewage discharge time is in units of seconds, up to 99.99 seconds. When the machine is powered on, use the selector switch to enter the automatic state. First, the filtering is performed. The filtering time timer starts counting. At the same time, the pressure difference switch also compares the actual pressure difference with the set pressure difference. If the set filtering time is reached, the pressure difference When the time is not up, the machine also opens the blowdown valve for cleaning and blowdown, the filter time stops counting, and the blowdown time starts to count; when the blowdown time is over, close the blowdown valve, stop cleaning and blowdown, stop the blowdown time, start filtering time, and enter the next cycle, If the set filter time is not up and the pressure difference is reached, the machine opens the blowdown valve for cleaning and draining, the filter time stops counting, and the blowdown time starts counting; when the blowdown time is over, close the blowdown valve, stop cleaning and blowdown, and stop the blowdown time. The filtration time starts counting, and so on.
The filter is easy to operate. When using it, you only need to install the filter bag with the required level of fineness in the filter cartridge, check whether the O-ring seal is intact, and then tighten the ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover to start working. After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter rises slightly. The initial pressure is about 0.05MPa. As the use time increases, the filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the cylinder cover should be shut down to check the residue in the filter bag. In some cases, the replaceable filter bag can be used continuously (the filter bag can be reused by cleaning). The filter pressure is generally adjusted to 0.1-0.3MPa, which can be adjusted through the return line or the return valve on the pump. Excessive filter pressure will damage the filter bag and the protection net, which requires extra attention.
The equipment should be installed by bypass, so that the equipment can be repaired and maintained without stopping.
This equipment can be installed horizontally or vertically according to the site conditions. The equipment must be connected to the pipeline according to the direction of the water inlet and outlet. When the equipment is installed vertically, the water inlet of the equipment is upward, and when it is installed horizontally, the sewage outlet is downward.
The water inlet, outlet and sewage outlet of the equipment shall be equipped with valves (the sewage valve shall be a quick valve).
The net distance between the equipment is not less than 1500mm; the net distance between the equipment and the wall is not less than 1000mm; the maintenance space of the equipment and the surrounding area shall be not less than 500mm.
